Use SPFx Toolkit features in any SharePoint Framework version

In this scenario, we will demonstrate how you may use SPFx Toolkit for any version of SPFx. The scenario showcases how to setup your local environment for any version of SPFx, create a new project based on a sample with an older SPFx version and use SPFx Toolkit to validate it, and generate upgrade guidance for any newer SharePoint Framework version. The demo also shows how to use SPFx Language Model tool in Copilot Chat to upgrade your SharePoint Framework project.
